Honest answers, no fine print.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?
Not the way we do it. Vinyl, hardiboard, stucco and painted siding get a soft-wash — low pressure plus a surfactant + algaecide mix. The chemistry does the work, not the pressure. Done right, soft-wash is the manufacturer-approved method for every major siding brand.
Can you really fix the black streaks on my roof?
Yes — those streaks are gloeocapsa magma (a roof algae), not stains. We chemically treat the shingles with a low-pressure spray and the algae dies on contact. The streaks rinse off in the next rain. This is the only manufacturer-approved cleaning method — high-pressure blasting will void your shingle warranty.
How long does a typical house wash take?
A standard single-story home in New Iberia or Lafayette is usually 2–3 hours. Two-story or larger homes run 3–5. Roof soft-wash adds another 1–2 hours. You don't need to be home — we just need access to a working outdoor spigot.
Will the chemicals hurt my plants?
No — but we treat your landscaping like it could. We pre-rinse every plant bed, tarp where pressure matters, and post-rinse everything when we're done. We've never killed a plant. If you have anything especially sensitive (orchids, koi pond, etc.) tell us on the walk-through and we'll plan around it.
What does it cost?
House wash starts at $295 (single-story under 2000 sqft). Driveway concrete cleaning from $199. Roof soft-wash from $425. Final number depends on square footage, height, and how dirty things are. Walk-throughs are free — no obligation.
Are you insured?
Fully — $1M liability coverage. Certificate of insurance available before any job starts. HOAs and property managers ask for this all the time — happy to send it.
